Umbra Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Umbra account and associated data, email welcome@umbra.run from the email address linked to your account.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to welcome@umbra.run.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or sign-in method linked to your Umbra account.
Automatic deletion of inactive accounts
Umbra may automatically delete accounts that remain inactive for 6 months and have a negative balance. Associated account data is deleted together with the account, except for any data that must be retained as described below.
Data that will be deleted
- your Umbra account profile
- workout records and route history linked to your account
- saved achievements and other account-related app data
Data that may be retained
- purchase or transaction records, if retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes
- limited technical records required for security and abuse prevention
Retention period
Any retained data is kept only for as long as required to meet legal, security, or operational obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized.
